Pupil Wellbeing Mentor

The candidate will work closely with the Director of Inclusion and wider pastoral team to provide early, non-clinical support, helping pupils to talk through their concerns, develop positive coping strategies and access additional support where appropriate, ensuring our pupils are supported to build resilience, maintain their emotional wellbeing and engage positively in school life at Wanstead High School.
