Exam Invigilator

The Role
We are recruiting reliable and vigilant Exam Invigilators to work in Secondary schools across Liverpool through our agency. This role is essential in ensuring examinations run smoothly, maintaining a fair and calm environment for students. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting young people during key moments in their education, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise students during examinations, ensuring compliance with exam board regulations
• Set up exam rooms, including distributing papers, stationery, and displaying required information
• Monitor students to prevent cheating and maintain a quiet, focused atmosphere
• Provide support to students with exam-related queries, while adhering to strict guidelines
• Collect and securely handle exam materials at the end of each session
• Report any irregularities or incidents to school staff and follow safeguarding procedures

What we are looking for
• A calm and authoritative presence, with the ability to manage groups of students effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following rules and procedures
• Good communication skills to interact with students and school staff professionally
• Previous experience in education or a supervisory role is a bonus but not essential
