The ideal candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status and experience teaching in the EYFS
- A driven, enthusiastic teacher with a passion for improving the educational experience of all pupils
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork
- A reflective practitioner with a clear commitment to ongoing professional development
- A secure understanding of child protection and safeguarding
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a broad and balanced EYFS curriculum that is relevant, engaging and appropriately differentiated
- Monitor and support the progress, development and wellbeing of all pupils
- Facilitate a learning experience that enables every child to achieve their individual potential
- Contribute to raising standards of attainment across the EYFS
- Support the school’s commitment to providing opportunities for personal growth, enjoyment and wider development
- Assist in developing the curriculum and resources
- Contribute to the achievement and implementation of the school’s development plan
- Plan and prepare high‑quality lessons
- Work collaboratively with the EYFS team
- Promote and safeguard pupils’ welfare
